they dub them every week on saturday but it will only be dubbed in english on youtube sunday
New Dub episodes are released once a week, on Saturdays. Episode 122 will be available tomorrow (December 15th, 2007)
Naruto regular series (Not Shipuuden) should be on Veoh.com

All episodes are currently on there, and they have up to Episode 39 for Naruto Shipuuden.
As far as dubbing and uploading, I think they upload one episode per week. Late Thursday night or during Friday
every week depending on the site
