(SPOILER: If you read the manga, I think a couple of the six Pein's have also have white hair. Also, Pein and Konan were childhood buddies along with Yahiko and were trained by Jiraiya. The six Peins were ninja that Jiraiya had formerly fought and defeated, except that Yahiko is also one of the Peins. They all have the Rinnegan.
