That's from Gundam Seed Destiny Final Plus, a different version of the ending of Gundam Seed Destiny.
Since it was originally in DVD, I don't really know where else to find that episode, since it was 2 years ago. Try finding it using the keywords I give you - whether in Internet or any other p2p networks - who knows, someone might have it. =^_^=
