vol 10 - 13 is in chinese wherease 14-15 is in japanese

um... as for the rest.... im pretty sure its not yet translated.
if you are able to get in contact with saiyuki (another Y! answers answerer) he could tell you more info... though... idk if hes public....
so yeah... i dont think its translated yet... cuz the ppl who were doing the scans havent done ANYTHING since like the summer....
