sorry no offical couples yet, other then asuma and his gal. the 2nd possbility is shino and the girl from the hidden sand. naruto and hinata have yet to get that far since naruto is oblivious to hinatas crush on him. and i really doubt sakura still likes sasuke that way, its more now like a save him as a friend not as a crush. and shes starting to lean toward of liking naruto

anyways, no there are no confirmed couples revealed so far but there is a lot of heavy implication of temari and shikamaru being one...
When shikamaru saw temari defeat that sound girl, he said she's scarier than my mom (for him i think is a compliment because her dad fell in love with their mom for the same reason). Temari also flirted with shikamaru when she said "did you like that" when she just destroyed the sound girl. On the shippuden, they always seem to be together when shown and naruto always makes fun of them being together. Of course they deny it really bad, which is what couples do when they dont want anybody knowing about it.

There isn't really any couples yet. But Asuma and Kurenai IS a couple because after Asuma died. Shikamaru when to Kurenai to tell her that he died. and he said that he will help take care of the baby too. and the other thing is Karin follows Sasuke everywhere and stuff. i personally think she's a bi(t)ch!!!
im not sure....i thin the only one would be shikamaru and temari, though they dont see eachother much:-(.
