The 60's one was always the best! Excellent theme tune and it was not afraid to have some trippy, sixties storylines! Interestingly, the series was created by Ralph Bakshi, who also did an animated version of Lord of The Rings which seemed really cool before the movies came out and blew us all away.
Spiderman:animated comes second because it made an attempt to have story arcs and featured new characters such as Venom - but why did Peter always wear the same shirt? He's gotta smell pretty bad after five series!!!

They all had their good poinst. The 60s version obviously had the iconic song. I guess I'm partial to Spider-Man and his amazing friends. It intoduced mainstream America to the idea of the mutant and was at least partially responsible for th cartoon success of the X-Men. It also seemed to include more of the Marvel Universe than the other incarnations.

That's hard to decide. I am a really big Spider man fan. The old cartoons were great because they were original and didn't seem repetitive. So I'd say 60's version, 80s spider man, and spider man and friends. But yea all of the spider man series were well made and a joy to watch.
