Manga, what has it got to do with phtoshop, and how can photo shop do drawing wh!
Question: dose adobe photo shop allow drawing
i thought it was for pictures
and i wanted to draw manga
so how come people are saying use photo shop when it has nothing to do with drawing
and i don't like ms paint so don't say anything about that

You are correct Photoshop is for pictures and Photos, however it is the industry standard for graphics professionals to design Websites, Manga's Brochures etc.

I draw manga as well and use Photoshop for coloring!
I use multi layers and brushes! Photoshop can be used in many many ways....
Try it! Though it will take time to take full advantage of Photoshop's abillities.
In manga making Adobe is used for toning.
You can draw using Adobe, but that would be very difficult, so manga artists draw first on paper then scan it.
