Cowboy Bebop, hands down. It's got every genre you can imagine: TOTAL action/adventure, drama, suspense, humor, even a bit of horror, thrills, romance, plus, no one can beat Spike Spiegel. A great ending, great music by Yoko Kanno--you'll be still thinking about it months after you've finished that last episode. And what an episode!
