I can't guarantee you'll like any of these, but I highly recommend them.
Ouran High School Host Club
Comments: I loved this anime, it's one of my all time favorites! It doesn't have any fantasy/sci-fi stuff in it, and not much action either. It mixes romance and comedy, and it's a reverse harem (lots of guys around one girl). But anyways, you really should watch this show!!! <3
Alice Academy (Gakuen Alice)
Comments:This was a great anime as well. It has some action and romance with (in my opinion) only a little bit of comedy. It does contain magic, and the characters are pretty interesting. The storyline is pretty good, though sometimes gets a bit repetitive.
Full Moon wo Sagashite
Comments: Lots of comedy and romance, but not too much action. Loved it. Contains some magic stuffs. Though sometimes the story gets sort of slow, afterwards, it gets better. Also, the ending is a bit disappointing (maybe just for me).
Pretear
Comments: Though short, I thought this series was quite interesting. It has some romance, action and comedy, but not a lot. The storyline was sort of...strange, I suppose, but all in all this series was actually okay.
Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle
Comments: This was a great series. It had comedy, action, and romance. The characters are all unique and interesting, and the storyline really pulls you in.

Comments: This was the anime I watched most recently. Can't say it's one of my favorites, but it was alright. It has yaoi in it (malexmale) but not serious 'inappropriate' stuff. It has romance and some action, but lacks comedy.

Full Moon wo Sagashite, Mermaid Melody, Ouran High School Host Club, and Tokyo Mew Mew are REALLY good animes! You get very into it! They are my all time favorite animes!

In her sixteen year old body Mitsuki is healthy and she becomes the famous singer Full Moon.
Mermaid Melody: Romance/Action/Comedy
The Pink Pearl Mermaid Princess Luchia must go to the human world to find her sacred pearl she gave to a boy she met 7 years ago. After getting her pearl back she must find the 6 other mermaid princesses to help reawaken Aqua Regina so she can save the undersea world and the human world from the evil Gaito.
Ouran HighSchool Host Club: Comedy/Romance
A girl named Haruhi gets a scholorship to the prestigious Ouran private High School. Since she is a commaner she cannot afford the school uniform and resorts to wearing slacks & polo shorts. Combined with the fact that she has short tousled hair and large glasses she is mistaken for a boy. Looking for a quiet place to study Haruhi walks into the Third Music Room only to find the Ouran Host Club. While in the room Haruhi accidentaly knocks over a vase worth $80,000 so the Host Club (Thinking she is a boy) make her a host to pay off her debt. Haruhi's real gender is revealed to all the members of the Host Club but she is allowed to continue charading as a boy to be a host as long as she dosn't reveal it to the customers.
Tokyo Mew Mew: Romance/Action
5 ordinary girls get infused with the DNA of 5 endangered animals. They must use their new powers to defend the Earth from the aliens that are trying to take Earth as their own.

I highly suggest watching Naruto. Naruto in my opinion is one of the best anime/manga ever so far. I defiantly think is has lived up to the hype about it. The show has a interesting plot with very good art and charter drawing. The show includes action/comedy/romance and drama Here what the show is about. It is about a boy named Naruto who is an orphan and has a demon spirt fox in him that was put there when he was born. Later on Naruto finds friends that like him of who he is. He has made a decision be become the greatest ninja in his village (the village hidden in the leaves), he wants to become hokage, but in order to do that he must train like he never has before as well has battle through missions and interesting foes with his friends and learning new moves/jutsu (speail fighting moves) and marial arts. In between all this there are relationships between charcaters. Especially between Naruto and Hinata who has very strong feeling for him,but unfortunately he doesn't see it yet. Naruto is defiantly a series/show/manga that defiantly worth getting into and is one good epic story.
Well in any case the feeling between Narto and Hinata (who has very strog feeling for Naruto) are kind of the other way around, where Hinata likes Naruto,but Naruto doesn't see it just yet and in time he will.

All in all it has everything you could want out of anime/manga including action/romance/drama/and comdy.
