Since they're .rar files, you'll need a program to extract them like ExtractNow, which can be downloaded here:
http://www.download.com/3000-2250_4-1053...
After that, open ExtractNow, drag the chapters you want to read, then click 'Extract' on the bottom right.
do you have winrar installed? because winzip cannot extract .rar files
you'll need to download winrar from
www.winrar.de
