Episode 10 with subs? Episode 10 hasn't been subbed in English yet, but it did air already and the raw is out. Subs usually come out a day after it airs, so subs should be out tomorrow. So just be patient and wait, if you stream anime it should be uploaded whenever someone uploads it. SS & Eclipse and TWH & Sprocket have subbed episodes 1-9 of Clannad so far, some other groups are subbing/subbed some episodes. TWH & Sprocket usually releases an episode faster than SS & Eclipse.

Episode 10 with English subs by TWH & Sprocket is out now, it should be uploaded to streaming sites in a few hours or so.
On comments i've read that it's supposed to be uploaded on Saturday because the uploaders have to download the video. But if you want you can try to find it at these sites. Good luck! Hope this helps.
