um... well, in the manga so far its hasnt happened... and thast the manga from japan so its not revealed yet.
even if you did hear it and it may be true that stuff wont be released until waaaaay later...

so that leaves tsunade and jiraiya... and why would he kill them?

No its not true. He does work with the other Konoha shinobi against Orochimaru. Tsunade and Jiraiya are allies and friends of Kakashi.

nothing like that has happened and there are no hints of it ever happening. Also, technically, it would be impossible to kill the 3 sannin because one is already dead.
