I live in Singapore, which channel can i watch bleach ??!

Currently Cartoon Network Asia (Southeast Asia) don't show animation from Japan, they usually specialized on showing in-house cartoons (including ones by studios incorporated into Time-Warner) and cartoons that they are allowed to distribute/air. No Adult Swim time slot or anything like that.
However, I do think that in the near past, Cartoon Network India once aired Soul Heaven (M.A.R., Marchen Awakens Romance). But you're in Singapore, so I guess it's irrelevant.
In contrast, Animax Asia (Southeast Asia) have specialized to show only animation from Japan. However, currently they don't air Bleach. Though they have finally migrated Slam Dunk from AXN Asia (that have eliminated its anime timeslot after Animax Asia aired) into Animax Asia.
To watch Bleach, it might be a good idea to watch TV channels from neighbouring countries like Malaysia and Indonesia. Just make sure you're good with both countries bahasa/language. I think that one of the Indonesian channels once showed Bleach, then again maybe I just mistaken it with Naruto.
I think they should have Adult Swim
Mostly, people would go online and download it or watch at youtube or other websites. This is the easiest way.
