There is no proof to who tobi really is(because no one can read freaking japanese),but something tells me we'll figure it out very soon,And Madara is the founder of both the Uchiha clan and the sharingan, he is a statue in the valley in which naruto and sasuke had there epic battle,which is also where he fought Shodiame hokage. his picture is seen in chapter 370,link to picture shown here http://groups.msn.com/narutoMangaReturns...

it hasnt been revealed who tobi actually is ... but i think it will be revealed in the next few chapters ...because kakashi and tobi met eachother ....in chapter 380 ....
uchiha madara is the founder of uchiha clan ...he has met the kyuubi before for some reasons...
maybe uchiha madara found obito when the roch fell on him and he was too old so he got obito's body and same as orochimaru he tranferred his soul to him ...or something like that .....
