Which would be a cooler manga?!
Question: I am deciding on two different storylines for mangas and only have time to work on one
Which would be more enjoyable to read and why?
1. two brothers one cursed with ice powers the other cursed with fire powers
they look for each other to try to kill the other to undo the curse
2. 4 friends become cursed with neko-like features
a bit more comedic than action-y
the characters travel the world to look for a cure

Since your time is limited, how about merging the two into one?
Two/four brothers/friends become cursed with neko/cat-like features. One cursed with ice powers, one cursed with fire powers, one cursed with wind powers, and one cursed with lightning powers.
The characters travel the world to look for a cure, while in the same time plotted to kill the other to undo the curse.
The story has a comedic tone with a mix of action, just like Dragon Ball. Or maybe K.O. Seiki Beast Sanjuushi if you want to insert a more serious tone in the comedy and do a four characters story, K.O. Seiki Beast's characters have animal features and do once try to eat each other out of hunger.

both of them sounds alike. i would rather read #2
I guess #2 would be better ^^
1. Sounds a little murderous (even though I like that XD), a bit boring...0.o but then it sounds mysterious and interesting
2. Sounds like its gonna be fun and funny ^^ If there was some kind of adventure it would be good...kawaii?? XD
So there's my view ^^ hehe
