- Juggernaut: He has that helmet
- Mister Sinister: He wreaked havok in Jean Grey's head and was able to block out Emma Frost and Jean as well.
- Madelyne Pryor: She was strong enugh to resist Sinister.
- Rachel/ Jean Grey: They can handle it to an extent, but are omega level mutants.
- Emma Frost: In her diamond form, she is immune to all.
- Cassandra Nova: She's the female version of Xavier, only more evil and stronger.
- Omega Sentinel: She's more machine than human.
- Lady Deathstrike: The same reason as Omega Sentinel.
- Bastion: He's a sentinel/ robot.
- Professor Charles Xavier: He is the most powerful.
- Exodus: He was strong enough to cover all of Genosha (see the Bloodties story)
- Onslaught: When he was alive, he was a combination of Xavier and Magneto.
- Magneto: He has the helmet and mild telepathy.
- The Stepford Cuckoos
- Storm: She has been able to resist Xavier and Jean before.
- Psylocke: Her brother made her immune to it.
- Longshot: He does have good luck, he could find a way to be unaffected.
- Sage/ Tessa: she can control abilities, weaken or strengthen them, and has telepathy as well.
- Layla Miller: the extent of her powers are unknown, plus she has precog and can jumpstart memories and other psychic things.
- Danger: Xavier's danger room gone wrong, is a robot.
- Cerebro: same reason as Danger, machine gone bad.
- Stryker: before his death, he was half human, half-sentinel
- M/ Monet: She has so many abilities, psychic ones are included.
- Apocalypse: No one has been ab;le to enter his mind before, not even sinister.
Yeah, me. Noone has ever been able to read my mind or control it before. Considering how many ads for psychics i've seen there must be a lot of them so i guess im immune. I must have gotten my powers when IM AWESOME OMG I RULE and that about sums it up
Dr.Xavier's' half brother, Juggernaut. He got this ability by wearing this super-thick helmet.
Because of all the government training Wolverine has gone through (SHIELD, CIA, FBI, Department K) he has a really high immunity to telepathic powers. Rogue is also slightly immune to telepathic powers because she has absorbed so many personalities and one of them was half-alien (Carol Danvers).
Well Juggernaut isn't immune, it's his helmet that shields him just like Magneto's helmet does. Don't know much else tho because I'm a DC guy lol
Magnito, or Juggarnaught, if they are wearing their special helmets.
Psylocke is immune to telepathic powers since she came back to life. I believe that her brother Jamie Braddock somehow gave her her immunity.

There's a few other mutants that possess natural immunities, most of which I believe are due to them being telepaths as well that can shut other telepaths out.
