umm... cardcaptor sakura is pretty good..
i'll think it over some more and if anything else comes up i'll come back and put them down
oooh and there is one called princess princess, it's really funny and weird you'd be laughing with it and at it! it's only like what 8-12 episodes so even if you don't like it it won't drag on..hmmm..
Meh, fruits basket, here is greenwood, um... Ah! my goddess, and a bunch of other stuff I don't know.
Far too many to list, but my faves are Ah! My Goddess, Sister Princess, Sister Princess RePure (even better) and maybe Otome Wa Boku Ni Koishiteru, but it's a little pervy (I love it but I don't think many women would go for it!). Cardcaptor Sakura is cute show too.

Let's see......try Lucky Star and Azumango Diaoh! I can't really say the age rating (because I don't know it) but they're not bad at all! they're just both about a group of girls in high school and how their life is dealing with things like exams, plus they're both REALLY funny. I recommend it if you want a good laugh. Enjoy!
Naruto
How about Inuyasha? It's kind of violent but really romantic in the sense of the old relationship between Inuyasha and Kikyo (who's dead now) and the new relationship(s) between Inuyasha and Kagome and Miroku and Sango. Also it's sad because Inu and Kikyo were meant to be but now she's a reincarnation and he likes Kagome. If you start at the beginning you'll see their relationship go as friendship until Kagome realizes she loves him. Then they become like more then friends even though Kagome's hot tempered and yells at him a lot but he deserves it ccause he's an idiot and a jerk about how he still has feelings for Kikyo. Then Miroku and Sango are totally different because Sango is a total virgin and Miroku's a lousy pervert. There's definitely a little bad language and volence but it has to if it's going to be romantic. It's rated tv-y 14
