Was it Bizzie Lizzie or Busy Lizzie, not sure how you spell it. She had an eskimo friend called Little Mo (he could have been a doll that came to life). She could only have a certain number of wishes or she lost everything she'd wished - and lost 'em every week! I used to love that programme and I had a little Mo doll.
