Ouran High School Host Club.
It's short, but it's the most hilarious thing ever. It's also a harem like Love Hina, but it's a "reverse harem": instead of a guy being surrounded by a bunch of beautiful girls, it's a girl surrounded by a bunch of... well, hot guys.

I'm getting on the bandwagon and say Ouran High School. Its cute and freaking funny. Fruits Baskets is funny and dramatic. Ninja Nonsense is just plain insane. Kaze no Stigma is funny and has a lot action. I hope these help.
