When does naruto become a Chunin?!
Question: He hasn't yet. As far as I'm concerned, even up to the latest chapter that's come out, he remains a genin because he's been out training with Jiraiya for three years and returns in Naruto Shippuden. Directly afterwards though, they jump into a series of events that leads from one to another preventing him from re-entering the Chuunin Exams (even though everyone else has already become chuunin, and some even jounin). But I'm sure that someway somehow, Kishimoto-sama will make it so that he becomes a chuunin soon enough. ;]

If he became Chunin the show would be kinda boring, it's about him and his friends discovering their powers, not JUST beating up rouge ninja. Right now, he is Genin, and he should stay that way.

Naruto becomes a Chunin in Naruto Shippuden
He has not become a Chunin yet, not even in the manga! I am not a big Naruto fan. I found the answer on the Internet. I am sorry. My cousin is a big Naruto fan. He is such a fan of anime and manga. It's his ****. You know? I used to like it. I'm just not a fan anymore. I'm sorry. I let it go. You know? I had a love for anime for a long time. I just let it go. I don't know why. I just did. in shipuuden.. but the episodes haven't gone that far yet... i want him to fulfill his dream to become Hokage!!!
he doesn't become a chunin yet. maybe he will one day, or he did in the comic, but as far as the Tv show goes, he doesn't, yet...
In the shippuden series he does, but not yet the series isn't that far ahead.
When he has to go into the dark woods and take the exam and fight Neji.
