It depends what is the explicit content age. Some are rated higher then other. Like some you have to be 18 years or older to buy.

Well you cannot buy it unless you are 18 or with someone who is 18 in most book stores.

In actuality, yes, but my sister has gotten away with it and they've said nothing. XD
