Lee. I know that some people would say Neji because he is a higher rank. But Guy said himself, that when Lee opens the chakra gates, no defense can stand against it, not even Neji's. His speed and taijutsu would pwn. Below is the video in which Guy says this. 3:48 to 3:52.

not sure because rocklee is kinda cripled and neji is either very hurt and unconsious or dead bbut putting aside those neji
of course, neji!!! Neji is a jounin in shippuden and rock lee is only a chuunin, so obviously neji is the winner. Also, Neji is called a genius ninja. The one most graced with talent from the hyuuga clan.

Neji can still beat lee. Lee has speed I ll give him that,but there no way he can get past Neji's defense. Neji can easily see where he is coming from and block and counter attack. Also Neji can use 8 trigram 64 or 128 palms to block lee chakra points making it even harder on lee. Neji would defiantly win.
i like both because neji is a great fighter and rock lee is a great fighter but they both can kick butt . i like lee because hes nice and hes not like the other boys in naruto and i like neji because he can be a pain but he could be funny at sometimes . its a hard chose

lee there is no way neni can win even if he blocks lee chaka points lee only can do taijitsu so what would be th point pulus if he open the inner gates he could beat neji without trying and he is not cirpple anymore in shippuuden
umm thatz hard cuz neji is a jounin and rock lee a chunnin but even though neji is a genius on the battle field rock lee's speed would play a huge roll in the battle. lee iz a master in taijutsu and both lee and neji are close combat fighters. neji has amazin speed and his style of fight is FLAWLESS he can cut off ur chakra he can reverse ur moves on u. he has partically 360 degree vision but wat gud is all that if u cant keep up with ur opponent..so i say rock lee he has alot more heart than neji to
