But it can be assumed that they get married. Since they have a daughter in the future and become the king and queen.
In the last few pages of the manga, it shows their wedding.
So yes. They do get married. :)

oh yeah it was in episode #249 issue #3. 2 minutes 43.56 seconds in it showed the ceremony!

Yes, there was an episode(s) where they showed the characters' futures. Also, Rini/Chibi Moon is supposed to be their daughter from the future.
Perhaps they did much later on... After all, they were middle school kids in the show...
I haven't watched the anime till the end, but you can figure it out by seeing Rini (Chibiusa @ Sailor Chibi Moon), daughter of both Serena (Usagi @ Sailormoon) and Darien (Mamoru @ Tuxedo Mask).
In the manga, they actually are married in the end. The ceremony was held at the last chapter of Sailormoon. =^_^=
