Call 1-888-COMIC-BOOK (the Comic Shop Locator service) to find out a comic shop close to you, visit www.comicshoplocator.com and put in your ZIP code, or just get your local phone book out and look up "comic books" in the yellow pages. The series has gone through multiple printings, so you should be able to get many of them at non-collector prices.
There is a store here in Albertville, Alabama that sells Buffy comics - don't know where you are though, so don't know what's local for you
If you find a comic book store near you, ask the seller if they pre-order the comics for you. There's a monthly book called Previews that shows all the comics that are coming out two months after. That way you pre-order them and never miss an issue.
