Hinata is much stronger then Tenten. Hinata can easy take Tenten down. Hinata has the ultimate defense and block any attacks and ninja tools Tenten throws at her using 8 trigrams palm rotation. Besides Hinata can use 8 trigram 64 or 128 palm to block Tenten chakra points so she can't even summon any tools. Leaving her defenseless.

so she would easily utilize ten tens weaponary attacks

Hard to say, Tenten has Neji on her team so she'd know a lot about the Hyuga Clan's secret fighting techniques. I think Hinata would have a hard time but eventually win.

even though her powers r weaker than negi i think she's much stronger than tenten. she cud easily win tenten.
Currently (before Shippuden), I think Tenten is stronger. But Hinata defiantly has the potential to beat her. Hinata is quiet and nervous, especially around Naruto. She always feels that she isn't good enough, and is looked down upon by her family. All Hinata needs is some encouragement, practice, and a little self-esteem and she could be a great shinobi. Especially with her Byakugan and the Hyuuga fighting styles.
