Question: I know that she chooses Kaname but, come on! You can totally tell that she's confused over Zero, well both of em... I ultimately think she will end up with Zero in the end... what do you think? What's your opinion?

Look, its completely obvious she is confused,
she really loves Zero, like completely, she will choose him.
The only reason she is in love with kaname is A) he saved her life b) he can turn her into a vampire c) she cant resist the tempation he gives off.
This she definately misinterperates what the meaning of love is

but sadly i think it will more than likely be Zero, its not really that there is confusion there but that didnt she only really like kaname because he saved her.
