Sasuke joins orochimaru to be stronger and kill itachi one day...
he doesn't kill naruto
he learns forbidden things from oro
and later kills oro when oro was weak
and head down to akatsuki hideout to fight itachi
and i guess he got the mangekyo sharingan like itachi
i live in the us so he hasn't even become a full fledged member yet though he has been taken away from the leaf village already so i wouldn't know
he become verry strong. and when orochimaru want to take his body. sasuke killed orochimaru. and then sasuke made 'hebi' group. the members are sasuke, suigetsu, karin and juugo. they are strong.
sasuke made an appointment with itachi in uchiha's hideout.
he becomse oros sex mate, just kidding... too lazy to type.

in the manga series of shippuden he betrayes orochimaru and they have a battle.
also he learns some new techniques like summoning snakes like orochi and :"chidori current" which covers his whole body including his sword in electricity afterwards
sasukes forms his own 4 man team called
snake.
sasukes never turns good:| he kills orochimaru and forms a group called snake weird! that basicly sums it up
p.s. orochimaru's assistant (can't remember his name somthin wiht a k?) brings him back to life in is body
He joins orochi and learns forbidden techniques from him. He also can summon a snake like tsunade-slug and jiriya-toad. Orochi plans to take his body as his own. But sasuke wants to still kill his brother itachi. Sasuke does not want to give his body up and he betrays him.They fight and sasuke defeats and kills orochi. He gets three other of orochis men(subjects actually) and forms "Snake". their little group's goal is to find itachi and kill him. He's not really "bad". He only cares about getting his revenge. but he is good in a sense because he doesnt want to kill. He does not harm anyone ever and he also released all of orochis prisoners. I think a few times orochi asks and bugs him about why he did not kill _____(some guys, i dont remember).
Also as for orochimaru, Kabuto fuses a part of orochimaru in his body and i think orochimaru is slowly taking over his body. (similar to how orochimaru can change bodies except its only part of him.)
Umm im not sure about the diapers. his butt doesnt look that big and he doesnt walk funny so i dont think he's wearing diapers.
I don't watch or read Naruto but I heard he kills Orochimaru later on in the series. O_o
Although he joined Orochimaru and became stronger, he still has a good side. The bad thing is, he still didn't want to return to Konoha and apologize to Naruto especially; not until he killed or defeated Itachi, or forever not.
How do we know he's still a good guy?
1. If you keep continue to watch the anime, there should be a scene where Sasuke defeated hundreds of shinobi without him getting a scratch and they were still alive.
2. He will defeat Orochimaru, who is a dangerous threat to Konoha. (I say "defeat" because I'm not sure if he actually killed Orochimaru)
3. He, together with Hebi (the group), later freed all of Orochimaru's prisoners.
4. He actually smiled when he re-visited Wave Country, upon the sight of "Naruto Great Bridge"!
5. And yes, he didn't kill Naruto.... >_>
As for the diapers..... I don't know XD
no he doesn't turn good but after a while you see he wasn't really bad when he gets his little group together he forbids them to kill people only stop them from attacking but if you include the constantly trying to kill his old friends (naruto+saukra) then yeah he's still bad ^_^
