I mainly am just into the manga. So most of the answers are from the manga version. ^^
1: Everyone! But in the romantic way it would be Takuto and Eichi
2: Izumi and kinda Takuto
3:New Future(at least in the anime)
4:I *heart* U and Rock and Roll Princess by The Scanty
5: Because her daughter fell for a guy from Route L and wound up dying (kinda in a way because of it) with the tragedy that happened when Mitsuki was born.....>,> And now she thinks music always takes away the people she cares about
