MPD Psycho is a manga about a detective who has multiple personality disorder. There is no anime currently available but it was made into a miniseries that was directed by the infamous Takashi Miike.
Yu Yu Hakusho's main villain had seven different personalities and each of them faught differently...awesome show. Definitely a must watch.
