kakashi originally asked itachi if his vision was going bad. meaning that prolonged use of just using the sharigan in general not the makenyo version may eventually cause the user to go blind. obviously this is true as itachi flinched to the question kakashi asked, and seeing itachi always being cool has his sharigan on 24/7
no hes not he has sharingan just as sasuke does what hes talking about is the sharingan when he asks about his vision i hope this helped
I thought that it meant that repeated use of the advanced sharingan damages the eyes and ruins there regular vision.
No just when he uses the Mangekyo Sharingan it causes bad vision temporarily.
No he's not blind, it's just when he uses techniques such as Tsukuyomi, he slowly starts losing his eyesight.
