Neji wasn't talking about vision, I feel he meant that Naruto has a talent for seeing the best in people, and bringing it out. And I also think that he, who didn't particularly like Sasuke, or even really know him for that matter, was saying that because Naruto believes in him, that he was more than willing to go and potentially give his life to get him back. For me, that was the point that Neji stopped being arrogant and conceited, and finally became a truly good person and an even better friend. (which is good because Neji is awesome)

Well Neji has the Byakugan eyes and Naruto has a super powerful demon inside him. So maybe Naji saw a glimpse of the demon in naruto's eyes or he sense it's presence and he means that naruto's power is greater than his own.(just a guess, i haven't watched the episode yet)

well, because the byukugan has a blind spot (on the back of neji's neck, the blind spot creates a straight line away from neji, that neji can't see when using the byukugan) therefore he has bad eyes, or because he felt that naruto had a way of understanding friendship, and compassion.

naruto can see hope and a way to win and acomplish his goals out of any situation. it is significant because neji is saying that naruto's abilty is more important and useful than even his own byuagugan (spell check)

He meant that Naruto can see the best in people, and bring that out. It didn't really have anything to do with vision, it was more symbolism than anything.
