Itachi would definitely win. Although Orochimaru is probably stronger, it said that Itachi blocked Orochimarus jutsus with sharingan so his jutsus were useless.
itachi will win because first haku and kabuto are weaker and kisame is an akatsuki member. kisame is also stronger than zabuza and itachi can kich oro's ***

I would like to comment on the one who sez "coz he is one of the 3 sannins", sanin means three or trio and is used to refer to people. Legendary Sanin would be right.
