Miaka,Mikan,Sakura from Cardcaptor Sakura,Sailormoon,etc..

1. Integra Hellsing from Hellsing. She commands the unpredictable but powerful vampire Alucard and is the leader of the Hellsing organization which fights vampire. Tall, blonde and beautiful. She's addressed as "Sir" (since she's a knight), even though she's female. In the anime, she has a poker face, but in the manga her sense of humor comes out more. In the anime: cold; manga: cool. She's can be very poetic, but usually concise in delivering sentences. She's a great leader. No clumsiness in her. Just elegance.

2. Emma Ai from Jigoku Shoujo. Appears cold, pretty and talented at her...job. Soft-spoken and CREEPY.

3. Relena Peacecraft from Gundam Wing. Can be categorized as pretty. Very smart and talented at diplomacy and political manueverings. She's not really "cool" per se, but very elegant and formal.

4. Anna from Shaman King. Very cold, pretty, talented and definitely smart; A girl of few words. Violence is a way of showing her affection.

5. Hitomi Kanzaki from Vision of Escaflowne. Although she can be loud, she is very talented at divination and at sports. I consider her "cool" and she's definitely smart.

6. Kusanagi from Ghost in a Shell. No need for explanation.

7. Anthy Himemiya from Utena. Although she looks sweet and vapid, she's actually VERY manipulative and has a complex personality. Her coldness shows only a few times in the anime, but when you see that face, you know she is bloody scary.

8. Utena Tenjou from Utena. Tomboy but preetty. Admired by men and women. She's talented, smart, and very friendly and honest.

I guess if you're looking for a series with strong, cold, cool, talented, pretty, intelligent FEMALE characters, I'd recommend Le chevalier D'eon. It's not really geared towards showing feminism, but ALL of the female characters rival the men in terms of mental strength and tenacity. Watch out for Queen Marie and Madame Pompadour. They're awesome. Only one female character is "sweet", but she's elegant and there's a strength in her.

Here are some popular characters who may be clumsy and loud, but can be classified as cool, talented, pretty and smart:

1. Sakura Haruno from Naruto. Present 15 year old Sakura who survived the training with Tsunade. She's a talented medic and never panics even when the situation is desperate (i.e. fight with Sasori). She has one of the strongest (and scariest) punches in the Naruto world. She kicks a s s.

2. Kumiko Yamaguchi from Gokusen. Talented, pretty, smart. Leader of a Yakuza gang. KICKs A S S, but kind-hearted. She turns into a sweet mush whenever her crush shows up, though. haha.

3. Nana Osaki from Nana. Nana is a vocalist of a punk band. Pretty and talented. She has usually a cold demeanor, but she's a softie inside.

4. Faye Valentine from Cowboy Bebop. She's hot and she kicks a s s. As talented and smart as any bounty hunter. Great instincts too.

check out Paradise Kiss...

its about this cold cool talented, pretty and smart girl who is scouted to be a model...its fun

-detective conan.. (ran mouri)she's cool because she's good at karate... she's pretty, smart and a good cook too...

-fate/stay night.. (don't know the name of the girl there)

My HiME - multiple female characters, all of them break the stereotype you described (in one way or another). One of the 3 main characters, Natsuki is exactly the cold, cool, beautiful and smart type.

Tsukikage Ran - 2 female main characters, one of them is this cynical samurai who only has one weakness: sake.

Fate/Stay Night - both Saber and Rin are as cool as they come, and, in some way, more gifted than the rest of the cast.

Ghost in the Shell and GiTS Stand Alone Complex - Major Kusanagi is a majorly kickass character.

Seraphim Call - multiple female characters as this is a series of short stories.

Revolutionary Girl Utena - what if the Prince was a girl and the Princess that needs saving is... major spoilers, but suffice to say that she ain't exactly sugar and spice and everything nice.

If you like SF, Soukou no Strain and Stellvia also have good female main and supporting characters.

Blood The Last Vampire (movie) and Blood+ (TV series)

Devil Lady and Witchblade - if you liked Witchblade the comic or the live action series you sort of know what to expect.

ug, I hate that. The main girl charactor is nearly always a ditz, especially in those shows where it's "group of transforming girl heroes battle evil organization". Take Sailor Moon, Tokyo Mew Mew, and Yes! Precure 5. Usagi is an idiot; Ichigo isn't that bad, but is still kind of ish; and don't even get me started on Nozomi. Sorry for the pointless not-answering-your-question-nes, but that REEEEEEEEAAAAALLLLLLLYYYYYYY makes me mad ^_^

yeah.and I'm a fan of her.i don't think she's smart enough but she is cold, cool, talented, and SO pretty.in fact, she chose her pride rather than her love.she's Nana Oosaki from Nana.=)

ghost in the shell
ergo proxy

kaze no stigma - she's funny

blood plus..or claymore...

Well, I think it's because most of the girls in real life are the loud, sweet, cute, sometimes clumsy, innocent, and kind types. Also because those kind of girls are the most attractive ones.

The ones you mentioned don't exist in real life, and even the ones in anime most only fit in some categories while others that are closer to your definition seems to be inhuman than a human.

So I suggest you look for non human characters that look like a girl. Like cyborgs, robots, dead girls, and so on.

Anyway. Here are some of the girls that are more or less might fit with what you want, they might not fit in exactly though.

Robin from "Witch Hunter Robin". She mostly stay focused on the job and acted professionally, however she can sometimes go emotional and act like a child. Her coworker Yurika is more of the sweet and cute type of girl.

Ruki from "Digimon Tamers". She act confrontal to the main character and tend to act quite angry, she also tend to act like a child, however she's so good as a Tamer she was labeled as the Digimon Queen. She's around the same type of Rin from "Fate/" and Asuka from the "Evangelion" series. Though Takato's classmate and love interest Juri is more of the traditional type (like Sakura from "Fate/" or even Mimi from "Digimon Adventure").

Rei from "Shin Seiki Evangelion". Hmmm.... Well, she does fit in with the cold, talented, and pretty category. Cool and pretty too, depending on which person you ask.

Subaru from ".hack/". She's not cold or overly talented or very smart. But she's quite cool and pretty. Tsukasa the main hero/heroine though while cold and talented, isn't exactly cool or smart.
