If it was indeed from Final Fantasy, it perharps as one of the summoned creatures.
However, her wings don't look polygonish, they looked like they were airbrushed in. Due to this, I'm more inclined to think it was an originial art.
As for the black haired girl.

The art definetly wasn't a Final Fantasy VII art, unless the artist draw it with lots of liberty of not staying true to the character design.
Even in Advent Children they took lots of liberty with the character designs, but mostly stay true to the character designs.
However, the girl in picture does kinda look like Celes Chere from Final Fantasy VI, or maybe even Rosa from Final Fantasy IV.
