My favorite couple are Kumiko Yamaguchi and Shin Sawada of Gokusen.
Miroku and Sango from Inuyasha. They're funny, but they also have some cute moments.
I also like Hikaru and Haruhi from Ouran High School Host Club and Lavi and Lenalee from D.Gray-man. ^-^
