Who is the best leader in all of comics?!

CAPTAIN AMERICA
Without a doubt (mind you he is currently dead at the moment):
He is used by Marvel Comics in most of their storylines to lead their supergroups when there is a gathering against a cosmic foe.
He lead the heroes in the Secret Wars against Dr Doom, The "Beyonder" etc
He has lead teams facing many other superpowered threats on a cosmic scale, i.e. Thanos, Korvac, Masters Of Evil, Magneto etc...
He fought in the WWII and is battle wise.
He also for many years has been the personification of leadership in the Avengers!
He symbolises Freedom, Justice and Leadership!
Even in the Marvel/DC cross over he was designated as the best leader to face krona.
As far as Evil leaders go: Dr Doom!
But I think Captain America is better because he doesn't just lead from some base or hide away, he leads from the front, and puts his own life on the line for his team, not expecting them to do what he wouldn't!
He was a living legend, in comics atleast, who didnot deserved to be written of with a snipers bullet!
Captain America was the reason I collected Avengers Comics for 30 years! His leadership ability is second to none! In any comic or cartoon!

i think captain America is the best leader, because he has been a symbol of freedom and American spirit since world war 2.
Batman
He's a jerk but he's the most intelligent leader.
Gotta be Cap. He lead the Avengers way more affectively than any of the others, he lead pro-actively, helped his team members out both professionally and personally, he had great strategic skills and knew how to apply them in any situation, he radiated confidence inspired trust - he was the perfect leader, and Marvel should never have killed him off. Big mistake.
I would say Captain America. This guy is a superior strategist, top combatant and martial artist,won't back down from a fight, his points, and will not quit in a fight. Add in while he is as strong as Superman he has an equal iron will, determination, and mindset.
