I saw some Fruits Basket Episode in YouTube and Veoh on the Internet.
I'm uncertain if all 26 videos are available in Youtube but
in Veoh, there are uploads by "clacurly". This is her link:

There are 26 videos in Veoh in Japanese dubbing and English subtitles.

If you buy the English DVD there is an option where to watch it either in english or japanese.
I wouldn't advise u to illegally download it over the web while its licensed because that would be both breaking the law and stealing if you were to download it. Its much better to own it and you would have a clear conscience.
