Question: Gladiator, as long as he keeps him confidance level up he'd be much stronger then Bill.
For the guy below me, Glads is several times stronger then Beta Ray Bill, he could blow up planets with a punch, so he could simply take the hammer awaya from him and beat him to death with it.

I think I would have to go with Beta Ray Bill on this one. They are both extremely powerful but Bill beat Thor before he was given Stormbreaker ( his own Mjolnir ).
Stormbreaker gives Bill the power of flight; weather control; energy projection and absorption; dimensional apertures; matter manipulation, as well as the most powerful of his offensives: the God Blast, and the Anti-Force. He can also use it to stop time.
Bill has also stood his ground against the heralds of Galactus. No small feat.
Also, An official handbook entry speculated that Shi'ar technology may have helped Gladiator achieve his most powerful feats.
