The Vision vs. The Martian Manhunter. Who would win and why.?!

Question: Hmmm, this is a tough one, but I think I'd have to go with the Vision, surprisingly. I think he'd probably win for a couple reasons. First, both heroes can turn intangible as I understand it, but the Vision is able to repair himself, giving him a distinct advantage in this area. Second, he can alter his density making it very difficult for the Manhunter to harm him in an outright physical battle - and again, he can repair himself. Lastly, it seems like since Vision has computer-type intelligence, he could calmly analyze battle data during a fight with Manhunter and eventually conclude that he's vulnerable to fire, at which point he could finish him off with some heat-based attack. It seems like Manhunter doesn't stand a chance, unless I'm severely underestimating his powers.

Edit: Ah I did forget the telepathic abilities, which is huge for Manhunter. But I wonder what exactly he would do with them? Do they actually work on synthetic beings? Can he read a computer's "mind?" Somehow I think he would encounter problems, but I can't say for sure. I still give it to Vision.

martian hunter, he is "real" and alive, therefore he has imagination

Although I do not read DC comics very much, I would have to say Martian Manhunter. I choose him because he can beat everyone in the Justice League except Plastic Man. This is why Batman got Plastic Man to join the Justice League. It's a precaution should one day Martian Manhunter go postal and decide to off them all. So if Martian Manhunter can beat Wonder Woman, The Flash, Superman and whoever you have in the DC Universe, The Vision is just cakewalk to him.

The Vision can phase himself. I'd go with him...
