it makes no sense. men writers, obviously.

its probably just a japanese cultural thing. i dont know for sure, just a guess seeing as manga is from japan

cuz they actually liked it and was pretty awesome??
or they could just be plain crazy

To add a little romantic twist.

yep, male writers. odd.... male writers.

That's part of the (dark side of) Manga/Anime culture.

Male on female rape fantasy...

At early ages in life sexual experience are fixated upon by the human imagination.People often have thoughts of these experiences that arouse them be it positive or negative.

I think that's odd too... maybe some people have secret fantsies about that sort of thing. It seems more lusty than romantic.

Some girls like it and guys do to... me and my girlfriend act it out sometimes and make love

that's the irony of life. it may not be romantic but it really happens in real life... who needs romance nowadays... no, but seriously.... not all bad persons are as evil as we perceive them and when we discover the good side of them... then love is there ....

I agree with you, it is not romantic at all.
It is called SADISM.

The term sadism refers to sexual gratification in the infliction of pain or suffering upon another person. The word is derived from the name of the Marquis de Sade, a prolific French philosopher-writer of sexually violent novels and plays. The receptive counterpart of sadism is masochism, the sexual pleasure or gratification of having pain or suffering inflicted upon the self; the name is derived from the name of the 19th century Austrian author Leopold von Sacher-Masoch, known for his novel Venus in Furs that dealt with masochistic themes.

Often interrelated, the practices are collectively known as S&M or sadomasochism. These terms usually refer to consensual practices within the BDSM community.

I think that you like the raped ,part of the book best ?.
