It isn't illegle in Texas's wet counties. They csan drink beer in the alleyway, as much as they want probaly. As long as they dont get to drunk.
I think they're still on their own property and unless someone calls the cops about them disturbing the peace, then they can stay out there all they want. Its texas, everyone does that to pass the time. Plus they are each others neighbors. They arent gonna call the cops on each other.
