I rate it 4 out 10 (It might be higher once your deck is done)
First, if you building an Advanced Formated deck, then I'll suggest you take out both Pot of Greeds, both Monster Reborns, and Dark Hole because they're forbidden.
Note: Before you build your deck, go to http://www.upperdeckentertainment.com/
and click on the Yu-Gi-Oh! link at the "slideshow" at the top.
Next, click on the list with Forbidden/ Limited list. There you should find the Advanced and Traditional Format lists.
(FYI: If you're building a Traditional Formated deck, Pot of Greed, Monster Reborn, and Dark Hole are allowed, but you can only have one.)
Next, try to limit yourself with high level monsters, because if you have too many, then your chances of drawing high level monsters will be big--and that's not good.
(FYI: Monsters that are Level 7+ require 2 tributes, monsters with Level 5-6 require 1 tribute, and monsters with Levels 4 and under require not tributes)
I suggest--in a typical "40 card" deck--to have 2 monsters with 7+ Level, 2 monsters Levels 5-6 , and 16 monsters Levels 4 and under.
The Levels are the stars--in case you didn't know.
When you finish building your deck, "re-post" it, and I'll find and evaulate it for you.
