Yes. When you finish the anime, just read the manga to continue with the series (which is still continuing and will end this year according to Rumiko Takahashi).

Go to Chapter 356, around page 15-16 is where the manga picks up where the anime left off. New chapters are posted every Wednesdays (unless there is a holiday in Japan or a delay by the translators). The current chapter is 529 so you have quite a bit of reading to do! Enjoy!

Yes, the manga is still going, but from what i heard i dont think they are gonna continue the anime...so sad
From what I hear the manga is still going but the anime is still going on in the Japanese version and not the English.
