No, Sasuke is not gay at all. First of all, Sasuke didn't like Sakura (more than just a friend) ever. He would get annoyed and ignore all of the girls in the academy when they would go admiring him and giggling. Sasuke doesn't like any of the girls because well..that's just his personality. He wants power not girls. But he does like Sakura as a friend because when Sasuke was about to leave Konoha he said "thank you" and showed his gratitude to her (and then he knocked her out). They have been through a lot together. He didn't literally say "you're my friend" but he did mean that. When he was younger, he looked up to Itachi as a rival and a role model and wanted to become like him because he wanted to be acknowledged by his dad.
And I doubt Sasuke will have any interest in Sakura in Shippuuden or after he kills Itachi. He's the kind of guy who doesn't want attention from girls..even though he is a bit of a show off. But Naruto is the kind of guy who wants girls to admire him (like Jiraiya XD). But you never know maybe Sasuke will have interests in girls. (It's all up to Masashi Mishimoto-san)
And also none of the boys in the show have ever liked any girl (exept for Naruto and Lee ahaha). But does that mean that they're gay? Nope :)

I am a honest yaoi fan. But Sasuke is not gay. He is just stuck on killing his brother and dont care about anybody else. Girls and getting together with one is just not on his todo list for now.

Sasugay, regardless of age, is gay.
If the younger Sasuke wasn't gay (which he wasn't), then the older Sasuke is not gay. Contruary to some believe's you DO NOT turn gay, your born gay.
Sasuke is just to preoccupied with defeating his brother and avenging his family to fully care for anybody other then himself. I do think he likes Sakura though as a friend. Just because he has not acknowledge any of the girls doesn't make him gay, it is because one, only two of the main girls likes him (Sakura and Ino) which are both annoying and sasuke can't stand annoying fangirls, and two he just never had to rely on anyone other then himself he just can't express it yet.
