I wish I can tell you, because it was also my favourite song, unfortunately until now, I have no idea what the title of the song is.

From the downloads where I got this song from, it was called "Naruto vs Sasuke", but of course, since it wasn't in any of the original Naruto's OSTs, we can only listen to this version.
