Question: I kind of remember it. It was like at the end of the episode and it was 70s-disco theme I think and there was this great song playing on the episode. I can't find it anywhere!
Also, do you know the episode where they're at the skating rink and they're dancing (Peter, Quagmire, Cleveland, and I think Joe?)

Is it the one where Peter and Brian are in Peter's past high school dance, and Brian sings that song, "Never going to give you up" by Rick Astley? ( I think that's how his name is spelled.) Try looking it up on You Tube.

I think you are referring to the episode "Hell Comes to Quahog"
At the beginning of the episode Peter and his friends have to pick Meg up at the skating rink, and forget why they are there. There is an pretty elaborate disco type dance in the skating rink and then they leave Meg behind.
So they decide to buy Meg a car, and peter ends up buying her a tank.
