At the risk of sounding geeky, it depends. In sheer lifting and physical power, Wonder Woman has admitted Kal-El is stronger than she is, due to his nature. However, if it comes to a fight, please remember Wonder Woman is armed and created through magic. Unfortunately, that is Superman's other vulnerability besides kryptonite...so in Physical combat, it becomes an even dance floor with Wonder Woman might be having the win

Not a gender thing. Superman is Kryptonian and is far stronger than Wonder Woman, even as powerful as she is.
superman as he is the man of steel
he has x-ray vision
he has laser beam
he can fly and has super strenght
wonderwoman is weak as compared to superman
she does not have any laser beam or x-ray vision
As sexiest as it sounds, I would pick Superman b/c he is a man. I really don't think that Superwoman's powers were straight, I think that they were the invisibility and the truth lasso. I know that her bracelets did something but i can't seem to remember what it is.
Wonder Woman
Superman is depicted to be stronger, but I think Wonder Woman could whoop his @$$.
Wonder Woman actually knows HOW to fight.
Superman is just a scoche stronger than Wonder Woman, but Diana balances it out with her amazon military training. I'd say Superman 5 out of 10 time for the win.
