I like animes that are romantic, like Inuyasha, but full of action too like, Yu Yu Hakusho, but very funny , like Fruits Basket and especially like Rurouni Kneshin.
Help please, and you don't have to find an anime exactly how i like them but close.

Ouran High School Host Club would be perfect, but there is not alot of action. There is Tokyo mew mew wich would be to your liking. There is Mamotte Lolipop but its hard to find the episodes. Anyway yeah Ouran High School Host Club, Tokyo mew mew, or Mamotte Lolipop, i have many other subjestion but they are all manga with no anime! Hope I Helped! ^_^
If you're looking for all of those qualities in one, I'd suggest Mahou Sensei Negima or Karin(Chibi Vampire).
Mahou Sensei Negima is about a ten-year-old wizard who teaches a middle school class of 31 girls. There's romance, action, and it's pretty funny.
Karin is about a girl who is a vampire with the abnormal gene to increase the blood in her body instead of sucking it from other people. She meets this guy who finds out her secret, and they become friends. Slightly less funny than Negima, but there's more action and romance.
When it does have humor, it's pretty good. Here's a clip of one of the comical relief characters.

Try an anime called Ranma 1/2
it is super funny, filled with action, and has just a dash of romance.

Well, there is a romance/Action anime called
Fushigi Yuugi.
It's about a girl and her best friend who are sucked into a book and end up in another world. They are seen to be very important in that world, I won't give anything away. It's pretty cool, if you're into romance with action and a bit of comedy.
Also, There's another anime called 'Mermaid Melody pichi pichi pitch', it's a magical girl anime but really cute.

Bleach is pretty awesome to watch it's more full of action it's about a kid who ends up getting soul reaper powers and has to fight the evil souls( can't think of what they're called.) but if you were to read manga I would totally suggest I'S' it's pronounce ai zu and it's kinda romantic and really funny I love it!!! It's about two highschool kids who get to know each other and the girl wants to act on stage but the boy's like a nobody. It's just really awesome and I also love Inu-yasha so you might find this manga entertaining.
Elfen Lied is GREAT! <3 my favorite anime in the history of the world.
It's about a race of mutated humans called Diclonius. Diclonius are kept in labs and experimented on, or killed at birth because of their homicidal instincts. Most humans are unaware of what they truly are, but shun them because of the horns on their heads.
The story centers around the Queen of Diclonius, Lucy. She makes it out of the lab, and into the home of cousins Kouta and Yuka. Without giving anything away, Lucy seems to recognize Kouta somehow. It's sweet, but sad at times. But it's so beautiful.
Ouran High School Host Club is the best. There are quite a few of site out there that allows you download anime. Actually I think mangas are better.
