I recommend any of the above, and they aren't perfectly catagorized. For example, Ranma 1/2 is labled as comedy, but it has a lot of martial arts fighting in it too. I have seen all that I listed and all were very good.

plot

Here are couple of suggestions: (I assume you like romance and comedy if you like Ah My Goddess)
=> Tsubasa Chronicle
This is really good romance anime. It also has many comedy and fantasy, and as well as action and adventure. Combined with very nice background musics (aka soundtracks), Tsubasa Chronicle will be one of the first choices romance-anime fan should watch. It's semi-popular, so give it try, you won't be disappointed! I almost never heard anyone hate Tsubasa Chronicle unless they're crazy... =)

Another good anime I recommend. It does have a little complicated storyline, so go to: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shakugan_no... after finishing couple of episodes. Other than that, it has a lot of action, few fantasy, and some nice romance following up episode after episode. It does have some good musics. You'll love this anime almost just like Tsubasa Chronicle. =)
