You can find a direct download at Bleach Exile (http://www.bleachexile.com/multimedia/bl... but you have to register with them and the file is a .zip file that you'll have to extract with WinZip or 7Zip before you can watch it. Alternatively you can download straight from Dattebayo's website (http://www.dattebayo.com/t/#Naruto-Bleac... which requires you to have a bittorrent client such as uTorrent to download, but its a fast torrent and you don't have to do anything extra to it to be able to watch the file.
